Manual Steps

RedM — Join the Server
  1. Launch RedM.
  2. Press F8 to open the console.
  3. Paste and press Enter: connect 141.195.99.102:30120
  4. Alternatively: Play → Server Browser → Search BandidosRP → Join → Favorite for next time.
TeamSpeak — Get Password & Connect
  1. Log into Discord and open the how-to-connect channel to get the TeamSpeak password.
  2. Open TeamSpeak 3 → Connect to ts.bandidosrp.com (port 9987) → enter the password from Discord.
  3. If SaltyChat is required/installed, ensure the plugin is enabled (see setup below).
Common Issues
  • Can’t auto-launch RedM? Use the F8 method above.
  • Allow UDP 30120 in your firewall/router.
  • Ensure you aren’t already connected to another RedM server.
  • Still stuck? ask in Discord.

SaltyChat Setup (Positional VOIP)

Step 1 — Install TeamSpeak 3
Download and install the latest TeamSpeak 3 Client. Launch it once after installation to complete setup.
⚠️ Use the **64-bit version** if available. Do not install TeamSpeak 5 — SaltyChat is not supported on it.
Step 2 — Install SaltyChat 4.0.1 (Required)
Download SaltyChat 4.0.1 from the official SaltyChat site. Close TeamSpeak before installing, then double-click the `.ts3_plugin` file to add it to your client.
💡 After installing, open Tools → Options → Addons/Plugins and ensure SaltyChat 4.0.1 is enabled.
Step 3 — Configure TeamSpeak
  • Connect to ts.bandidosrp.com (password is in Discord).
  • Once connected, you will be automatically moved to the Horizon channel — do not switch channels manually.
  • Bookmarks → Add Bookmark → Advanced → set Sound Pack to “Sounds deactivated”.
  • Options → Whisper → “Use individual settings in contacts, else allow”. Disable whisper notify sounds/history.
Step 4 — Test In-Game
Launch RedM, join BandidosRP, and check that SaltyChat displays Connected in TeamSpeak. If you can’t hear others, restart both TeamSpeak and RedM.
Troubleshooting:
  • Make sure you’re using TeamSpeak 3 (not TS5).
  • Use SaltyChat 4.0.1 only — older versions (3.x) are incompatible.
  • If the plugin won’t load, reinstall or run TeamSpeak as Administrator once.
  • If your mic is silent, check TeamSpeak → Options → Capture and select the correct input device.
